Alteration Hub works on clothing alterations, garment remodelling, and upcycling projects for pieces that deserve a new life.

Remodelling clothes with purpose

We help turn garments into something more wearable, more current, or more meaningful. From fit updates to redesign work, every project starts with a careful look at the garment, its construction, and what can realistically be achieved.

Our workshop is built for customers who want to keep good clothing in use, refresh vintage pieces, or reshape items with personal value. We review the material first, discuss the concept clearly, and move forward only once the plan is approved.

Every project follows a careful process, from the first inquiry through to collection, so the work stays practical and the result stays true to the garment.

Clear assessment

The first step is an inquiry, followed by a garment and material assessment. That gives us the information needed to discuss fit, construction, and the limits of the existing fabric before any quote is confirmed.

Thoughtful redesign

For redesign work, we review the concept, outline the scope, and seek approval before remodelling begins. Supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed, and customer-supplied materials are also reviewed first.

Final fit review

At collection, the garment is checked again so any small finishing adjustments can be handled carefully without changing the agreed design. Care notes and pressing guidance are also provided when relevant.
